You can view my complete CV in the attached file, but here I'll describe what I did at the last two companies I worked for.

At Ingosstrakh: I worked on the redesign of the main page and the personal account section. The redesign involved not only the visual overhaul but also a complete restructuring of the site menu, site structure, and personal account. To form hypotheses, I used web analytics, feedback from experts, and users. I conducted qualitative and quantitative research to validate these hypotheses, which I carried out myself. Achievements:

• Reduced the customer effort score by 50% to obtain the first quote for the four main demanded (or high-margin) products on the main page.
• Independently introduced a product-centric approach and research activities into the team.
• Mentored a trainee from zero knowledge to a full-fledged UI/UX designer. Under my guidance, the mentee successfully conducted user interviews, designed several product landing pages, passed the probation period, and continued working at the company.

At VTB: I worked on several B2B sector projects such as the manager's personal account, employee's personal account, gamification, and admin panels. These are high-load platforms that include dashboards and various sections (such as task manager, work schedule, news, etc.), with technical limitations and integration with other systems.

Achievements:

• Developed and documented a design system for one of the projects.
• Created several new sections from scratch, which were successfully released.
