My current position is Product Owner at Alfa-Bank. I have been working in retail banking (auto and consumer lending) for more than 15 years. I have applied Agile approach in our work. I have experience in developing and launching banking products, partners’ integration projects ( нужен доступ к резюме , нужен доступ к резюме ).

My specialisation is to create new and improve existing products in Retail Banking, and to improve key business metrics (EROA, CR, AR,TR, TTM and others).

Growing from the front office specialist to Product Manager gave me deep understanding, expertise and command of:

• all stages interaction with clients
• the value of product both for costomers and the bank
• development of retail banking products through composition of financial, technical and social aspects by negotiating with stakeholders and developers
