• Successfully launched Reach, a CRM-like tool to manage UX testers, and transitioned to an Engineering Manager role to lead the development of this and other products
• Developed and launched a completely new product (Panel) to hire UX testers from 3rd party providers inside the Maze web-app
• Created architecture for the next-gen integration for Panel with 3rd party provider
• Managed and mentored an engineering team, ensuring high-quality product development and efficient collaboration with other teams
• Worked closely with product managers to define product roadmaps, specifications, and requirements
