My background in support equips me with a user-centric perspective, enabling me to identify less obvious errors in UX/UI. I take pleasure in analyzing processes and applying test design to each element allows me to pinpoint issues before development begins.

These same qualities empower me to troubleshoot challenges not only in professional projects but also in personal endeavors. I find joy in bringing this analytical mindset to both PET projects and real-life situations, making problem-solving a natural part of my approach.
