All the typical project manager's responsibilities:
- project planning, execution and closure activities
- project team (up to 10 people) and resources management
- scope and budget management 
- risk management
- customers and C-Suite management reporting on projects status

Achievements:
1) Successfully delivered 2 mid-sized projects (~1Y, ~$300K) for our main customer in South Asia region. It directly contributed to Nasctech getting several new partnerships.
2) Successfully delivered a project (~$250K) for a new customer in Africa which resulted in getting more deals 
3) Optimisation of my project team structure and workload which reduced the cost of the projects delivery

As Head of PMO my work is management oriented - I have over 10 projects running simultaneously under my responsibility each containing up to 10 team members, and my job is to help the project managers run their projects smoothly. It includes continuous consulting of my team and monitoring their projects health by performing quality compliance control activities. 
I am also keeping our processes and policies up to date while exploring new ideas on workload optimisation and automation. 

Main achievements:
1) Projects-related resources planning mid- and long-term which allows to see resources over- and/or underload in timely manner
2) 80% of the projects are compliant with the basic KPIs (on time, on budget, within scope, supplied with needed resources)
3) 85% of the project managers are ongoing continuous trainings
4) 85% of the projects have customer satisfaction level of 4 out of 5
