As a seasoned HR Business Partner, I developed and implemented recruiting strategies, employee benefits programs, and contributed to building a strong corporate culture. Additionally, I have experience in policy development, budgeting, and labor law. I am familiar with various HR metrics, including cost per hire, eNPS, time to hire, employee turnover rate, etc. I implemented performance systems and helped enhance employer brands for various IT companies (biotech, SaaS, Web3 cybersecurity).

I have worked for both start-ups and large enterprises, which has helped me thrive in fast-paced environments. My experience in fast-growing companies also allowed me to gain expertise in conflict resolution.

I enjoy building strong teams and following a win-win strategy, which enables me to make the right decisions and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
