As a seasoned HR Business Partner, I developed and implemented recruiting strategies, compensation&benefits programs and cultivated a corporate culture. Also, I'm experienced in policy development, budgeting, and labor law. I have experience with different metrics: cost per hire, eNPS, time to hire, Employee Turnover rate, etc. I incorporated performance systems and raised Employer brands for different IT companies (biotech, SaaS, Web3 cybersecurity).

I worked for both start-ups and enterprises and as a result, I have learned to work in a fast-changed work environment. Working for fast-growing companies I gained experience in conflict resolution and building relationships with stakeholders.

I enjoy building strong teams and following a win-win strategy, that helps me make right decisions and build strong relationships with all parties.
