- SAAS for International Law Company

Created a simple and clear web application from scratch, customized to the client's unique business workflows, with diverse functionality and access levels: one for company's clients, another for their internal team, and a specialized interface for certification agents. The design process included the following stages: defining project goals and objectives, analyzing competitors, analyzing the company’s business processes, creating the architecture, wireframing, conducting usability testing, designing the UI. Developed over 120 screens, over 30 types of components, and a clickable prototype. An MVP was implemented.
 

- Bennie services

Redesigned the UI of Support center of company’s CRM. Created elements of user interaction for various web resources of the company, including dashboards, wizards, questionnaires, feedback forms, etc.
 

- SAAS for FinTech & investment company

Created UI element of design system, analyzed and improved the UX of the user interacts with individual pages and elements of the finance management system,
such as variations of dashboards and financial reports.

Redesign of the mobile app of telemedicine services "IBolit" ( нужен доступ к резюме ):

- Made a UX research to identify the needs and barriers of the users at the stage of purchasing services in the app
- Made competitive analysis
- Prepared an intermediate prototype of the app based on the research results. After that usability testing was conducted
Adapted the user flow, namely: made a search for doctors by category; edited tariff information; unified specialist profile; updated main screen navigation; added the ability to cancel and postpone the date of the consultation; simplified authorization; created a feedback form; created screens of the user profile, contact history and upcoming consultations; worked out a video consultation script.

During usability testing, we noted that the user's work with the application accelerated, and there were fewer questions when choosing a tariff. Users quickly decided to purchase the service.
