• My name is Daria, I have 12 years of diverse and extensive experience in technical recruiting and people management, with successful track record of placing top talents for multiple tech pipelines in Belarus, Ukraine, US, Russia, Poland and Czech Republic.
• Work closely with hiring managers from different locations (US, Belarus, Germany and Mexico to understand business needs and hire the best candidates, to increase the hiring speed for the critical pipelines, and to improve the candidate's experience.
• As a talent advisor, work closely with engineering leaders and guide them on building hiring processes for several pipelines from scratch.
• Experience in management, leadership, mentorship and hiring of new colleagues (coordinators /sourcers /recruiters).
