As a person who works with projects in Edtech, architecture, and non-profit organizations, I have honed my ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in dynamic environments. At iliveglobally, I organized three events with 50+ participants each, increasing community contributions by 20%, and developed a reusable event organization knowledge base in Notion. In PET-projects, I led a team to launch eight ad campaigns, reducing CPA by 50%, managed a cross-functional hackathon team to develop an ML product, and supervised 18 web designers to create user-friendly layouts for a charity platform. At Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, I organized six international conferences with 150+ participants each, coordinated seminars and workshops, and streamlined administrative support for grant projects and industrial contracts.
