I am a professional HR BP professional with 5 years of experience in international companies, specializing in cybersecurity, staffing agencies, fintech, and more. My expertise lies in building and developing HR processes from scratch in companies: recruitment, employee relocation, onboarding and exit interviews, adaptation, training, motivation, and employee satisfaction assessment. My Bachelor's degree in Human Resource is from Saint-Petersburg State Institute of Technology.
I have designed and implemented internships for entry-level specialists from universities and have been involved in both internal and external HR brand development and process efficiency analytics within companies. I have created my own recruiter training program and managed recruiter teams of up to 20 people. Additionally, I have led and personally trained a team of 8 inexperienced recruiters.
