I am an HR BP with 6 years of experience in human resources management in international companies. I have a higher education in a relevant field. At Protelion, I am the sole HR BP, successfully building HR and personnel processes from scratch. Among my achievements are the development and implementation of an employee relocation program, which reduced recruitment time by 40%, the creation of an effective internship recruitment and development system (which helped the business grow specialists within the company), a program for additional employee training, and the introduction of a motivation and adaptation system.

While recruiting IT specialists for the company, I consistently filled the staff to 100% each year, ensuring annual team growth. I also addressed any issues raised by employees and maintained a high level of employee retention. I am also actively developing the company’s HR brand and participate in expert job fairs.

Earlier in my career, I recruited, trained, and managed a team of over 10 recruiters with no prior HR experience. My team and I consistently met 100% of the monthly IT recruitment targets, receiving regular bonuses and being recognized as the best team in the staffing agency.

My goal is to bring value to the business through effective recruitment of professionals and the optimization of HR processes, while maintaining a balance between business needs and employee interests.
