I have over 5 years of experience in HR. My work is always about taking care of personnel and extracting proft for the business. Tasks I am ready to handle include: 

1. Full operational HR department activities. 

2. Adaptation and well-being processes. 

3. Participation in business processes, identifying needs, creating plans, and working with budgets.

4. Working with Corporate Culture and HR Brand. 

5. Managing the Hiring and Recruitment department and conducting independent searches for top positions 

I'm looking for a team that I could help with the experience I've gained and the skills I've acquired. I am looking for a remote job, but I wouldn't mind visiting the offce occasionally. Ready to relocate if it is required.
