I belong to the area of project management, and I aspire to grow further in this field. I do like organizing processes and people.
I have an English proficiency level of B2/C1 and I am ready to work with international teams.

Some of my key skills are:

• I know and can apply Agile methods, but I am not limited to any one methodology and am always on the lookout for the best solutions
• I can focus on both processes and people and take pleasure in establishing contact with everyone involved
• I search and ask the right questions to understand the essence of any task and then competently translate this knowledge into technical specifications
• I have knowledge of sales, marketing, unit economics, and the product as a whole, which enables me to act based on business goals.
• I possess excellent communication and presentation skills and have undergone specialized training for top managers.

I have worked with product teams (mainly with SaaS) and agencies, managing teams of up to 20 people. However, I find a team size of нужен доступ к резюме people most comfortable. I currently reside in Thailand (Chiang Mai) and work remotely, but I can work according to Moscow or any other time and am willing to consider relocation.

I am a quick learner and can assimilate any information, including complex technical concepts. I am continually learning and seek inspiration from books on thinking and planning, apart from professional literature. I like to follow the work of cool products and managers and read their TG channels.

I want to become part of a great team/product to create new projects. I particularly enjoy working with creative teams. I have improved my speed of work, now I want to focus on quality.

Professional experience

Head of Project Management Department

Management of the project management department for the creation of full-cycle digital products (remotely):

Responsibilities:

• Tracking the progress and status of employees: regular 1:1 meetings and review of current work
• Training department employees, setting goals, and monitoring their achievement
• Collection, discussion, and problem solving
• Analysis of employee feedback: specifying and correcting problems
• Hiring and firing department employees, conducting onboarding
• Formation of a Sales Team to work with incoming requests
• Allocation of a responsible project manager and control over the collection of the team and requirements

• Training of employees and monitoring the quality of project implementation
• Maintaining a knowledge base of the work processes in the company

Results:

• I hired four managers to expand the staff of my department due to an increase in the number of projects. Three of these managers successfully completed their probationary period
• To address issues with resource allocation for projects, I developed a team booking process that optimized and made the process transparent for all involved parties. This allowed us to identify key challenges and begin implementing specific solutions

Senior project manager

Project management for creating interfaces for mobile and web development.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of work processes in a team of UI / UX designers and junior managers
• Gathering requirements, analysis and setting goals
• Preparation of technical specifications for product designers
• Planning, control of terms and cost of the project
• Verification of the results, transfer and presentation of work to the client
