Engineering Manager with 12+ years of experience in the software industry. For the last 6 years has been managing development teams of up to 10 engineers. With experience in companies of different sizes, from startups to corporations, was able to try hand at both internal development and product development of web and desktop applications across diverse domains - from fintech and consulting to telecom and HR analytics. 

Having successfully built several effective engineering teams, prefer a “playing coach” leadership style, actively using .NET and Python to maintain and improve development skills for highly loaded projects in microservices or monolith architectures. For the past 7 years, primarily focused on delivering products powered by advanced AI technologies.

Over the past 5 years in a manager role:

• Actively participated in expanding and building product teams and improving hiring processes. Conducted over 100 interviews, hired or participated in the hiring of over 20 developers;
• Led or actively participated in the development of all client-facing features of a startup in the field of HR analytics. The product served 100+ clients and 300,000+ users, which allowed it to take its place in the market and subsequently be acquired by one of the market leaders;
• Managed and implemented the initial integration of the acquired product (startup) into the company's (buyer's) core product, enabling timely sales and market entry as a complete solution;
• Contributed to and largely led the architectural transformation of an acquired product (startup) to unify the technology stack with the company's (buyer's) stack, which significantly reduced hosting costs and simplified technical support of the product by the company's internal engineers.
