Engineering Manager with 12+ years of experience in the software industry. For the last 5 years has been managing development teams of up to 10 engineers. With experience in companies of different sizes, from startups to corporations, was able to try hand at both internal development and product development across diverse domains - from fintech and consulting to telecom and HR analytics.

Having successfully built several effective engineering teams, prefers a “playing coach” leadership style, which allows to maintain and improve development skills for highly loaded .NET-based projects in microservices or monolith architectures.

Over the past 5 years in a manager role:

• Led or actively participated in the development of all client-facing product features (served 100+ clients and 300,000+ users), which allowed the product to take its place in the market;
• Actively participated in team expansion, conducted more than 50 interviews, and assembled 2 independent development teams, which increased the speed of product development by several times;
• Led and completed the initial integration of the acquired product into the company's core product, enabling timely sales and go-to-market as a single solution.
