My name is Anastasia, and I am seeking for Project Manager / Junior Project Manager / Projects coordinator position.

Having recently relocated to Portugal more than a year ago, I decided to reinvent my professional journey. Formerly a legal counsel, I am now wholeheartedly embracing a shift towards project management.

I have 10+ years proven track record of successfully handling projects in my (legal) field, working in an advertising agency and managing specialized processes and small teams. Now, I want to broaden my scope of tasks and increase the level of responsibility, to work more with people and immerse myself in the development of IT/tech/startup projects. To achieve this, I have completed the IT Project management course (in Yandex Practicum), where I structured skills in negotiation and communication, budget management, project (and agile) management methodologies, as well as learned to work with key tools (Slack, Figma, Miro, Trello, GanttPro, and others).

Why you can benefit while working with me: with my background, it's evident that I've consistently advocated for structure and minimizing chaos. I have always worked in client-oriented businesses, I have experience in structuring workflow and documentation process, implementing local and global policies and ensuring compliance.

In addition, I have excellent soft skills that help me to be great at negotiation, risk assessment, working in/with teams and creating effective context for development of great products.
