Working experience 

Involved in managing projects at all stages of the product life cycle, from idea and descriptions to implementation. Engaged in forming product backlog, creating BPMN and mock-ups, maintaining projects road map. I work with projects related to local Kazakhstan acquiring and international gateways at E-Wallet. Managed to develop alternative payment methods at E-Wallet QIWI. Due to crisis situation at company backlog was reviewed by 80% and 5 new integrations were launched to save missed traffic. 

  • Tarlan Payments (Payments system), Almaty, Kazakhstan. Product Manager, Feb 2023 – Now.

Leading scrum team; generating product features; forming backlog; forming business requirements for every feauture; creating business diagrams (bpmn) and mock-ups; maintaining sprint events; helped the team comply with SCRUM principles; testing product hypotheses; working with payment and banking API’s; generating strategy for product being launched at EU (Spain area). Managed to develop 2 products (payment gateway system and aggregator gateway system) from them start to finish. With my participation, the products passed PCI DSS certification. Payment gateway product turnover was increased for 20%. By optimizing scrum team processes them speed was increased by 30% for 7 months. 

Engaged in launching marketing compaigns and team coordinating to the site update and adding functions on it. Olivenet started selling video surveillance systems. The site was updated and the calculator was redesigned (conversion increased by 30%). Product revenue grew 30% driven by new sensors and cameras. The total turnover for the product for 2022 is $80,000. 

  • Startup (Startup Soft Development), Almaty, Kazakhstan. CPO, Jule 2021 – January 2022.

Engaged in forming hypotheses about the expediency of trading certain in-game items between several market sites and testing them - more than 500 hypotheses were automatically checked per month: control of profitability and product metrics.   • Worldwide Asset eXchange (Biggest internet exchange marketplace), Almaty, Kazakhstan. Content Manager, June 2019 — September 2019.

Filled нужен доступ к резюме marketplace with content. Over 500 pieces of content have been created. The quality of the content allowed to increase the depth of page viewing by 30%. Created 4 new product lines from scratch and brought them to a multi-million-dollar revenue in 2 years.
