I am a Development Team Lead/Engineering Manager specializing in full-cycle web product development, capable of assembling and optimizing a team to handle everything from product hypothesis and MVP to final product delivery and ongoing support. Despite my web specialization, I am open to dive into GameDev, MobileDev and web3 fields. 

My latest major project was in the EdTech field, where we built an educational platform from scratch. Under my leadership, a cross-functional team of 5 members developed this platform — which included learning materials, tools, and progress analytics for clients and the educational team within 4 months. We delivered the second stable version release in just 3 more months. As a result, this product became the primary retention driver in the company’s product lineup.

I excel at finding, engaging, and developing talented IT professionals. Possessing strong leadership qualities, I transitioned naturally from a programmer to IT team management.
