Dear colleagues, 

I am looking for a long-term cooperation and development in a stable company.

As a Lead Recruiter (HelloTech) I gained an amazing experience in working closely with 2 sourcers which I hired at HelloTech agency. Managed their tasks, mentoring in using the appropriate tools, resources and evaluation of the profiles.

Also, I prefer to work on challenging tasks, that are needed strategic thinking and long-term planning solutions. I constantly improve my professional skills, watching webinars and participate in hackathons on sourcing, recruitment and HR-related topics.

As an international recruiter I am experienced in closing complicated positions in Canada, Europe, APAC regions (Java, Business System Analysts, Technical writers within the funding industry, hedge funds, multi-family offices).
