Result-oriented and highly skilled Project Portfolio Manager with 10+ years of IT and Project Management experience in the International companies, on senior-level positions leading cross-functional teams, managing PMOs, overseeing project portfolio and successful projects delivery. Expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Proficiently skilled in such methodologies as PMBok, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall etc and process optimisation.

My experience combines three main areas of my responsibility:
