My name is Mary, I'm 30 years old. I have been working with people for more than seven years, and for about four years my work has been related to the IT field. At my current place of work, my role is to build business processes, work with a team of managers and marketers. Also, I am responsible for developing and managing production schedules and plans for our key projects. In addition, I am involved in the process of organizing training for our employees to improve their skills. At my current project I organized out team from scratch and built communication process in the team, what led to reduction in errors and miscommunications. Our team showed great results: thanks to the competent distribution of roles, deadlines were met and 90% of the maximum plan was completed

At my previous job, I was involved in organizing business events. I organized events in 15 different cities. And we entered into new profitable partnerships for our company.

At the moment, I want to develop as a specialist and set myself new challenges.
