Now I have been managing projects and products for over 3 years and currently have 4 teams:

"Audiobadge" (Speech analytics). Project in the Performance, HR and Recruitment tool domain based on Al/ML. At first I launched it as a project but now I'm developing it as a product. This product has increased business KPIs by more than 150%.

"Tablets for sellers". It is the shop assistant's primary tool for presenting and ordering for the client. Cross-functional team with in-house software development. My role is to improve the product for the business and increase conversion in sales.

"Video stream". Integration of cloud services with the online store. My goal was to get a team, launch the project and open a new sales channel on the website. For more than three years now, sales have been growing through this channel.

"Education by VR". I have been testing hypotheses for a few months and am implementing a project to train employees. The main goal is to increase efficiency and reduce the adaptation period.
