A platform for accounting and tax optimisation for investors and traders

Lead designer

• I design personal account web version of application interface.
• Made redesign and layout of adaptive website on Webflow platform.
• Mapped processes and scenarios for the integration of the Tinkoff Premium service.
• Integrated CMS for creating and managing dynamic content on the website (blog, instructions).

As a result of this work, the overall conversion rate of the site increased by more than 2 times, the number of views from mobile devices increased by 75%, and the workload of processing requests for the support department decreased due to the introduction of a knowledge base during order placement.

Platform for analysing trading strategies in the cryptocurrency market

• Developed a localised and adaptive web version of the website on the Webflow platform.
• Designed the web version of the application interface.
• Integrated a CMS to create and manage dynamic content on the site.
• Conducted CustDev research: CJM, in-depth interviews, MVP.

As a result of this work, it was possible to more accurately identify potential customers of the service, determine the optimal product promotion strategy (integration with centralised crypto exchanges - CEX).

Live Solutions for shopper marketing using live video

UX/UI Designer

• Improved and adapted the user interface for the web and mobile version of Eyezon widget, to help people with disabilities overcome communication barriers.
• Conducted in-depth interviews with users to identify their barriers and motivations.
• Created and prototyped highly detailed widget screens to identify usability issues.

As a result of this work, improved the web widget interface, added additional customisation settings to the stream session, leveraging the free space outside the widget.

SberBank Online app for iOS version, Security section

UX/UI Designer

• Conducted in-depth interviews to identify the main problems users have when interacting with fraudsters.
• Formed hypotheses and their solutions.
• Designed a new user experience for the "Security" section of the mobile application to protect against social engineering.

As a result of this work, the following solutions were developed: remote setting of limits and notifications; notifications of suspicious transactions and credit applications.

Russian Post app for iOS version, new section "My Apartment”

UX/UI Designer

• Conducted interviews with users who are interested in using the new "My Apartment" section.
• Find out what problems people have when interacting with the housing and utilities sector and what might discourage them from using Concierge Services.
• Created detailed prototypes of the "My Apartment" section based on hypotheses with multiple user scenarios.

As a result of the work, presented an interface with new user scenarios that was tested on "extreme" content states (the operation of inpaths is adapted to the maximum length of the address or the text does not go to the limits of the area allocated to it when some other long content is entered).
