LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST

Managed the end-to-end product lifecycle, supporting ~20,000 users from service and R&D teams in ophthalmology devices monitoring and preventive maintenance, resulting in an annual saving ~2 mln USD on service expenses

Developed user stories and acceptance criteria, designed application wireframes and CJMs, prepared GxP reporting

Planned the project, prioritized features, identified milestones and dependencies to align with business plans as a proxy Product Owner

Led SCRUM ceremonies fostering agile environment for the team of 25 developers, designed project knowledge base and documentation templates

• Conducted a quantitative market research and identified trends and opportunities to attract 1 mln new clients for insurance company
