❇️ UX Designer with over 11 years of professional experience in UX, UI, product, graphic and web design, architecture and project management. For the last 6 years, I have focused on the development of 20+ enterprise and B2B SaaS products for complex and high-risk industries such as oil, gas, automotive, legal.

• My academic background in Architecture and Design has given me a deep understanding of human behavior, patterns and needs, as well as the regulations and standards for building user-centered products. I use best practice frameworks and guidelines such as HIG, WCAG, and ISO 9241 as the foundation for my daily work.

• It's common for me to simultaneously lead the design process for 3-5 products in an ecosystem. I provide end-to-end design lifecycle from ideation and research to frontend support and feedback data analysis. In last 2 years, I have achieved 40% business process acceleration for 10,000+ contract workflows and 4,000+ managers.

• As an advocate of a human-centred approach, I drive UX innovation among top managers and stakeholders with whom I communicate directly. When successful, such coaching has resulted in 20% process cost savings.

• For almost every product I have worked on, I have managed and developed design systems or UI kits from scratch, tracking their step-by-step integration into existing and future products.
