In my most recent positions, I have worked as an HR business consultant and executive coach with IT companies, providing guidance and mentorship to employees and leaders alike. My experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of working in the technology industry, and I am confident that I can help your organization navigate these complexities.

During my time at EPAM Systems, I gained valuable experience as an HR Business Partner and Head of Staffing. In these roles, I managed teams and coordinated staffing for Cloud and DevOps practices globally. I also provided strategic planning, process supervision, and resource management, and served as an escalation point for resolving staffing conflicts. My work on the org change management committee gave me insight into the importance of effective communication and collaboration in achieving organizational goals.
