Мои компетенции и опыт

I have 10 years of experience in design, last 7 years working for the product companies. Now I mainly work on complex web applications in B2B space, focusing on project and issue tracking, but also had some side projects in sport and medicine fields.
During my career I participated in design systems building, 0-1 apps creating and hiring and mentoring of new designers. My main interests now are design system implementation, user research and driving ease-of-use improvements.
