From researching the problems of target user segments to making a hypothesis, describing it in terms of product metrics, verification, further prioritization, creating a roadmap, development and release. 

I am able to create and improve the user experience both on the web and in mobile applications.

Leaded the B2C business unit in a mobile application with a MAU of > 10 million:

• Increased the new user acquisition and activation rate by +30%
• Increased Retention rate of existing users by +22%
• Improved customer communications quality, CTR +40-60% for emails and push-notifications.
