Hello! My name is Natallia, and I am a project manager. I am passionate about management. I have over 10 years of experience in this field.

I graduated from the Belarusian State University with a degree in management. And then I was already a curator( mentor) for first-year students. This was my first experience with onboarding.

I started working at the Interregional Energy Company. I was in charge of communication between engineer and customer, involved in pre-selling talks. I gained experience in marketing there.

Alongside that, I developed my own business. I had an event agency. I created a sales funnel, recruited my team, defined the project scope, coordinated all aspects on the day of the event and conducted post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Worked way up, but because of pandemic i had to chance the sphere of my work

I started to study software programming. I tried my skills in the frontend field, but my manager skills won. The company where I had my internship suggested moving to a manager position. 

My main responsibilities at my last workplace were:

• Conducted daily stand-up meetings.
• Assigned tasks to team members. 
• Communicated with stakeholders and team members.
• Analyzed market trends and their impact on the project.

It was a great job, but I want to move forward and work for an international company. I have always been interested in creating something new. My experience in my own business has taught me to be focused and self-organized.
