I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of building products that make a difference, and that passion has guided my career across diverse domains like Fintech, E-commerce, and FoodTech. 

As the CPO at Anorbank, I led the transformation of Uzbekistan’s first digital bank, leading a dynamic team of over 70 professionals to launch more than 30 innovative products. 

From increasing the mobile app ranking from 7th to 1st in the country to boosting our retail loan portfolio by 300% year-on-year, I’ve seen firsthand how strategic leadership and a customer-centric approach can drive remarkable results.

Before Anorbank, I honed my skills at Avito, where I led the launch of new financial products that reached over 50 million users, and at Briskly, where I successfully expanded our business customer base by 24% during the pandemic. 

My journey has been one of continuous learning, whether managing cross-functional teams or navigating the complexities of product development in fast-paced environments.

I believe that the key to success in product management lies in understanding your users, fostering collaboration, and always staying ahead of the curve.
