I have 15+ years of managerial and analytical experience. During my career development, I built and maintained long-term relationships with partners and colleagues. Based on strategic vision, focus on business success and a data-driven approach, I achieved a 50% expansion of the company's partner network and a double increase in revenue. Working with a regional partner network covering more than 120 cities in Russia and 10 cities in Kazakhstan, I became a master in understanding the specifics and complexities of the multi-cultural environment and efficient in navigating in it.

I'm enthusiastic about further developing as a specialist, who is able to solve complex and integrated business challenges using a product and project approach and ensuring operational efficiency.
