I started my journey in IT as a first-line technical support specialist. After that, I additionally studied information from open sources and API documentation of the service. I began to understand this and took a position on the second line. After a few months of work, I already provided advice to all support lines as an API specialist. I started to understand web technologies, studied additional programs such as postman. I am always looking for an opportunity for development, now I study html, css and javascript and focus on the technical direction. I also have experience as a web designer and experience with figma.

In the current company, I quickly took the position of technical support team leader, overseeing the quality of the department’s work, and also looking for areas for employee growth. I look for an individual approach to everyone and try to create a good atmosphere in the team in order to achieve positive results.
