Hi there! I’m an HR professional with a diverse background in large corporations and startups, encompassing internal and external HR roles.

Over the past 9 years, I’ve specialized in building and managing remote teams, optimizing recruitment processes, and implementing performance metrics. I’ve successfully closed positions ranging from line management to C-level executives, with a strong track record in sourcing candidates across the EU, USA, Russia, CIS, and beyond.

Since 2016, I’ve been working remotely, gaining deep insights into fostering effective virtual team dynamics and leveraging the right tools to support remote collaboration.

In addition to my corporate experience, I’ve also worked with NGOs, contributing to policy development, establishing IT departments, and navigating complex ethical issues among employees.
