I’m a business analyst with more than 4 years of experience in software development in English speaking environment. For the last 2 years I’ve been working for HFS Financial company who are engaged in finances and credits, based in Baltimore, Maryland. My responsibilities include business process analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation, creating corresponding artefacts, leading the team and boosting the company’s business together by releasing new features, implementing new technological solutions.

My key soft skills are strong analytical thinking, attention to details and multi-tasking.
