My name is Marina, and I specializing in cloud cost management, reporting automation, and building financial transparency in cloud environments.

I started my journey in IT over six years ago, with previous experience in DevOps and cybersecurity. This background gave me strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure — all of which I actively apply in my FinOps work, especially when analyzing resource usage, optimizing spend, and collaborating with technical teams.

Today, I lead projects involving AWS (Cost Explorer, Budgets, CUR), data visualization with Grafana and Kubecost, tagging strategies, and the automation of financial reporting and budgeting. I believe FinOps is not just about cost-saving, but about enabling informed, data-driven decisions across the organization.

I enjoy helping teams see the bigger picture — how architectural and product decisions impact the budget and business. My goal is to grow into a FinOps leadership role and contribute to a company that values collaboration, innovation, and efficiency.
