Product Manager, Client Success

About your product

Customer Success platform that enables a personal touch experience for our clients, manages task routing, workload and provides agents with a context for a perfect understanding of each client.

What you will do

• Take part in building a platform from scratch.
• Ensure transparency on quality, speed, and cost of operations per agent.
• Make sure that investments in your team will give the maximum return for customers and for business. Namely: to identify problems, prioritize them, find good solutions, ensure that they are implemented, and give a measurable effect.

Our expectations

• English level: upper-intermediate+. Ability to speak English with customers/management.
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager
• 5+ years of successful or unsuccessful cases of creating products or major features that you can talk about.
• Ability to conduct user interviews, research the market, understand trends, structure tasks, think in terms of persons and user scenarios
