Tech/Team Lead C# (Gamedev)

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be a part of the Core Leadership Team, advising on development strategy, modeling a tech/start-up culture, and managing game dev. Teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing the development process, 
• Setting tasks for programmers, localizers, 3d artists, combining and checking results
• Linking releases, performing hotfixes, and individual tasks
• Increasing development efficiency and further scaling the development team. 
• Project infrastructure management (servers, hosting, corporate mail, API, integrations)
• Monitor the status, configure, and deploy infrastructure (or interact with people who will do it)
• Assistance in setting up internal processes (for example, building a technical support pipeline)

Minimum Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of C# and .NET (at least C# 7.0)
• Significant experience in application architecture development
• Significant experience in Git and any task-tracking systems
• Experience in any tools of automatization and performance monitoring
• Ability to work in a team and to be a leader
