Digital Marketing Manager (Game Development)

Responsibilities

• The entire cycle of Onboarding new counterparties: Search and collaborate with media agents, make integrations with streamers, reviewers, channels, etc.
• Create and coordinate original, engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms.
• Manage content calendar and day-to-day handling of all social media we are partnering
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
• Analyze channel performance to recommend which channels to build out, what content to produce, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, including experience in demand generation and copywriting (experience in a Game dev. or startup environment is a plus)
• Design experience is a plus, including familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (?)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Russian Native language, Fluent English 
• Proficient in marketing software tools like Google Analytics
• Creative thinking with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising best practices
• Self-motivated, with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow
