Manual QA engineer

We are Noone — a B2B technology company that specializes in developing customized non-custodial crypto wallets. We have been on the market for 6 years already and have high experience in developing blockchain solutions, our products are used by over 1 million people.

We are currently looking for a talented Manual QA engineer with experience in backend testing using TypeScript to join our team! 👾

Tasks:

• Conducting manual testing of backend components developed in TypeScript.
• Create test cases, test plans and test scenarios to ensure full functionality coverage and high quality of the product.
• Integration and testing of mobile applications to ensure their compatibility with the backend.
• Testing extensions for the Google Chrome browser.
• Tracking and documenting bugs, as well as helping developers solve them.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure high quality product.
• Analysis of requirements and participation in the testing process at all stages of development.
• Participation in the development of testing processes together with the project manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in manual backend testing, including testing code written in TypeScript.
• Knowledge and experience working with mobile applications (iOS and Android) and testing them.
• Ability to work with API.
• Experience working with databases and the ability to check their correctness.
• Understanding of testing processes and best practices in QA.
• Experience testing extensions for the Google Chrome browser will be an advantage.
• Ability to create effective test cases and test plans.
• Analytical mind and attention to detail.
• Desire to develop, find information, study and use tools, offer new approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech/security fields.
• Understanding of security fundamentals and safe testing. Knowledge of testing principles based on OWASP Mobile Application Security Testing guidelines.
• Experience mentoring and/or managing small teams (2-3 people).
