Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing (mostly digital & marketing)
- Utilize the dedicated talent acquisition platform throughout the recruitment process, grow and maintain the candidate base (we use Huntflow)
- Utilize various recruitment channels, social media platforms, job boards and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates
- Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies based on available roles and the needs of the business
- Collaborate with the hiring managers and the HR team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives and start dates
- Create strong referral and partnership networks by building relationships with immediate and future candidates to ensure both 'just in time' and future talent pools of qualified candidates
- Maintain awareness of industry and talent trends that will impact our company
- Support and collaborate with other HR team members to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Plan, operate, and deliver projects outside of the recruitment designed to improve human resource function in a company.
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-growth, high-performing companies along with digital and marketing expertise only
- Proven experience in simultaneously managing up to 5 vacancies of different profiles and job levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building positive relationships with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with driving recruiting initiatives and thinking creatively about various recruiting approaches
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
- Fluent English
