Currently, we're seeking a dynamic Backend Developer to contribute to the evolution of our SaaS platform.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the development of our Lead Distribution product, bringing your expertise to the forefront to deliver innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development process, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. We're looking for someone who excels in communication, leadership, and has a proven track record of managing complex projects within an agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and functionalities for our applications, collaborating closely with product managers and frontend developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work with microservices architecture, designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend components of our applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Node.js, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
• Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend functionalities seamlessly.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and products.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial development, with a focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in Node.js, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with PHP would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and server-side architecture.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
