We work with the American market only.
Our HR team is actively growing and we are looking for a Senior HR Manager who will not only work with recruitment (digital & marketing), but also actively participate in various hr projects (employee branding, corporate culture, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing (mostly digital & marketing)
- Utilize the dedicated talent acquisition platform throughout the recruitment process, grow and maintain the candidate base (we use Huntflow)
- Utilize various recruitment channels, social media platforms, job boards and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates
- Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies based on available roles and the needs of the business
- Collaborate with the hiring managers and the HR team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives and start dates
HR Projects:
- Support and collaborate with other HR team members to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Plan, operate, and deliver projects outside of the recruitment designed to improve human resource function in a company.
- Participate in further projects on Corporate Culture and Employer Branding, Performance Review and Grade System, Talent Development and Training, etc.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-growth, high-performing companies
- Proven experience in simultaneously managing up to 5 vacancies of different profiles and job levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building positive relationships with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with driving recruiting initiatives and thinking creatively about various recruiting approaches
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent English

- 45 minutes - Interview with the HR Lead
- 2 days - task
- 45 minutes - interview with the HRD
