Reporting directly to the Co-founder & COO, the Senior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our key client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. With a focus on client satisfaction and retention, the Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our most important clients, driving growth opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-priority client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the Co-founder & COO to develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue.
- Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks and challenges, and implement solutions to mitigate them effectively.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-priority client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and other related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Fluent English (С1)
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
