Hey! We are a product company that develops and runs systematic trading strategies in digital assets markets. We are a fast-growing company with a significant presence in the market since 2019, and we currently employ more than 20 engineers and quantitative researchers.

We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead to take ownership of existing software and lead its further development.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers.
  • Grow engineering team by interviewing, recruiting, and hiring.
  • Take the lead in reorganizing existing software development, QA, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Actively participate in the development of our trading, research, and analytics platforms.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • 3+ years of experience in senior leading roles.
  • Deep expertise in C++ (20+) and linux (Arch/Ubuntu):

   - Metaprogramming, CRTP, custom allocators.
   - CMake, Conan, Google Test.
   - Knowledge of TCP/UDP, HTTP/HTTP2, WS protocols.

  • Experience with Kafka, ClickHouse, MongoDB, CI/CD (GitLab).
  • Experience with trading systems development (order management systems, FIX protocol, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Experience in asset management/proprietary trading firms is a strong plus.
  • Experience with scientific Python (NumPy/Pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy) is a strong plus.
