Chief Product Officer / CPO (iGaming)

Our client and reliable partner, an IT company specializing in software development and comprehensive services for iGaming, is seeking a Chief Product Officer.

The company is international, developing high-load systems and online services for creating, launching, and managing online casinos, including crypto casinos, as well as solutions for betting companies and game developers, with its own localization program, 24/7 technical support, and player acquisition program.

    Responsibilities include:

• • Defining the product's mission, vision, and strategy;
• • Identifying market problems the product solves;
• • Continuous competitive analysis;
• • Implementing and configuring user experience data collection;
• • Implementing and maintaining roadmaps in line with company requirements, its mission, and vision;
• • Building, mentoring, and managing the product team, fostering a product-driven culture;
• • Developing and implementing KPIs to measure product and module success;
• • Motivating direct reports;
• • Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings (F2F) with direct reports;
• • Responsible for evaluations and goals;
• • Overseeing the career development process of product team members;
• • Providing product consultations;
• • Managing the resources of subordinates (product managers, designers);
• • Resolving cross-team issues;
• • Enhancing the company's reputation by implementing innovative features into the product;
• • Implementing policies and processes within entrusted teams;
• • Representing and advocating for the Product Team in stakeholder meetings.
  
  Candidate requirements:
• • 3+ years of experience as a CPO in iGaming/Gambling/Betting;
• • Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling products in the iGaming market (Gambling, Betting);
• • Team management experience (minimum of 3 employees) and experience building processes within a product team;
• • Deep understanding of processes in iGaming projects;
• • Experience working with product analytics tools;
• • Personal qualities - leadership, decisiveness, responsibility, good organizational and negotiation skills, positivity.
