The Company FindIT acts as a reliable partner in building an IT team for the development of its own B2C/B2B platform in the iGaming industry. Our client's goal is to attract the best market expertise to implement a top-tier product in the platform segment.
Currently, we are seeking a Senior Product Owner with experience in the iGaming domain.
Responsibilities:
- Defining product vision and strategy: aligning product vision with business goals, ensuring stakeholder requirements and market trends are reflected in the Roadmap
- Backlog management: prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog, writing user stories, ensuring clear definition and prioritization of user stories and tasks for development
- Defining Acceptance Criteria: setting clear acceptance criteria for each user story, ensuring their alignment with business and user requirements
- Stakeholder communication: acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of product needs and feedback
- Gathering and analyzing requirements: collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements and analyze them to ensure feasibility and alignment with the product vision
- Participation in sprint planning: working with PM/Scrum Master and the development team during sprint planning to ensure clarity and feasibility of tasks and goals
- Sprint review and feedback: participating in sprint reviews/demos, providing feedback, and making decisions on feature acceptance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- Knowledge of Product Management principles and approaches
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Ability to work with requirements
- Backlog management, Stakeholders management, Expectations management
- English proficiency: Advanced (C1) or Proficiency (C2)
