Senior Affiliate Manager

We are BROFIST.Partners — a team of professionals in the iGaming industry. We develop proprietary licensed products (online casinos) and attract partners and players through a direct affiliate program.

Currently, we are looking for a new teammate, capable of finding new partners and supporting them at all stages.

📌 What you’ll be doing:

🔸 Finding and attracting new partners from various traffic sources;

🔸 Regular analysis of the effectiveness and profitability of assigned partners;

🔸 Analysis and tracking of fraud and incentivised traffic;

🔸 Resolving complex and negative situations with partners, maintaining productive relationships;

🔸 Partner accounting (reconciliations and payout control) and ensuring compliance with agreements;

🔸 Regular reporting on the performance of assigned partners.

🔍 It’s a perfect match if you:

🔹 Have your portfolio of active partners;

🔹 Are proficient in English at level B2 or above;

🔹 Have 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager on the online casino's side;

🔹 Experienced in working with tier-1 countries through personal partners;

🔹 Are willing to work in a team, result-oriented, have a systematic approach to tasks, and proficient in maths.
