Web3 Recruiter (jun/mid/mid+)

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and manage the nuts and bolts of our hiring process. If you're passionate about connecting with people and have a knack for spotting talent, we want you :)

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Whip up engaging and clear job descriptions using our tried-and-true templates.
• Get those job ads out into the world through various channels to snag the best candidates.
• Maintain a slick record of all candidate interactions, making sure no detail slips through the cracks.
• Help us put our best foot forward in the HR space, making sure our external vibe attracts the right folks.

You're awesome at:

• Especially if you’ve got chops in IT and Web3 spaces, we’re super interested. Knowing the ins and outs of tech recruitment is a huge plus.
• Whether it's LinkedIn, Telegram, or mastering the art of Boolean and X-ray searches, you know where to look and how to find.
• You’re great at communicating and building relationships. People just seem to click with you.
• You’ve got the strategy chops to plan and execute recruitment tactics that really sing.
• You’ve probably got a degree in HR, Business Administration, or something similar. Extra points if you’ve got some cool certs in Digital HR or Talent Acquisition.
