About The Company

Thera Interactive is an indie game development studio founded in early 2022. The founder and head of the studio is an indie developer Sergei Kachmar.

We are developing World of Sea Battle, a pirate open world MMO set in the Age of Sail. The game is filled with historical sailing ships, a dynamic economy, guild wars, and the spirit of sea adventures!

Our tight-knit international team is small, comprised of fewer than 50 members. We share a deep passion for gaming and our product. Today, our game boasts over 100,000 registered users, with an average of 1,000 to 1,500 players online

Responsibilities

• Support and care about our gamers
• Solve tickets in our system (Help Desk skill as a plus)
• Follow our gamers and give recommendations
• Cooperation with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of our game specifics

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent written and speaking skills, Russian Native, English B2
• Multitasking solver
• Attention to detail
• Work experience in a fast-paced environment
