We are a rapidly expanding digital fashion startup at the cutting edge of integrating advanced technology with the latest fashion trends. Our mission is to transform the fashion industry with innovative digital solutions. We are in search of a UI/UX Designer Assistant who is ready to join our team and contribute to our vision.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces that align with Seamm’s brand identity and enhance the user experience.
• Interaction Design: Develop interactive elements and animations that create a seamless and engaging user journey.
• User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine the user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with project goals.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in tech startup environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Design, develop, and maintain Webflow-based websites is a plus.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a user-centered design approach.
• Creativity: A strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for digital fashion and technology.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and design solutions.
