full remote, full-time, gamling/betting platform

You will:

  • Interact with a team of remote workers (staff of 150+ people);
  • Support the life cycle of an employee;
  • Develop strategies together with HRD and implement them in work;
  • Implement employees (PeopleForce) in CRM;
  • Conduct personal conversations, motivational conversations, resolve conflict situations;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Company Policies;
  • Participate in the development and analysis of surveys, participation in the creation of an evaluation system and current analytics (180°, 360° and others);
  • Organize events, team building and other HR activities.

From you:

  • 4+ years of practical work experience in a similar position (HR Manager, People Partner, HR BP, HR Generalist);
  • Experience of working in large companies of 300 people or more ;
  • Knowledge and experience of working with HR processes: from adaptation to dismissal, evaluation and 1-to-1;
  • Ability to conduct interviews (1-1), assessments, surveys and other formats to gather information and provide feedback;
  • Experience in creating a work plan (6-12 months) + modification of this plan (making adjustments) if necessary;
  • Experience in developing corporate culture and implementing new solutions;
  • Proactive position;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and negotiation skills;
  • English is a spoken language.
