What is important:

• min.3 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in closing Gambling, Affiliate marketing positions
• Ability to use different search strategies depending on the position
• Good knowledge of IT technologies, market, methodology, and development process
• Above intermediate level of English
• Excellent communication skills

What you will do:

• Together with the hiring manager, collect requirements for new positions
• Actively source and ensure a constant flow of candidates for each position
• Selecting candidates and scheduling interviews
• Maintain a database of candidates in the recruitment system (CRM PeopleForse)
